Our Programmes

Education Programme

Mental Health Workshops

These interactive and educational sessions are designed to equip adolescents and young people with fundamental knowledge about mental health and practical skills for coping with life's challenges. We cover topics like stress management, emotional regulation, identifying signs of distress, and promoting positive self-care.

Support Groups

Our Support Groups, affectionately called 'Cafés,' are the heart of our community engagement. They offer peer-to-peer safe spaces where young people can share their experiences, express their emotions without judgment, and receive mutual support from others who understand what they are going through. Facilitated by trained professionals, these groups ensure a safe, confidential, and therapeutic environment.

INSPIRE Study

The INSPIRE Study is our commitment to evidence-based practice and sustainable change. This program is dedicated to conducting research into the unique mental health challenges and resilience factors affecting adolescents and young people in our community. By gathering robust data and fostering innovation, we ensure our programs are relevant, effective, and tailored to meet actual needs.
